Buttock Augmentation and Butt Lift Aesthetics
Butt lift is an operation in which the sagging and shrunken butt is reshaped. You can choose between two types of butt lift procedures, where we can add volume or remove excess tissue and skin. In butt augmentation aesthetics, we can provide an aesthetic volume increase in your butt with liposuction, fat tissue taken from areas such as abdomen, waist or butt implants.
What is Buttock Augmentation Aesthetics?
In butt enlargement operation, it is aimed to shape the butt by enlarging its size. Buttock augmentation can be performed with buttock prostheses, fat injection or a combination of both methods. When it is done through fat transfer, we call it Brazilian Butt Lift.
What is Brazilian Butt Lift?
With Brazilian butt aesthetics, the buttock is added volume through fat transfer in order to achieve a more rounded and shaped appearance of the butt. The procedure involves removing fat from other parts of the body (such as the abdomen, back, hips, thighs) by liposuction. Thus, while increasing the size of your hips, the areas from which fat is removed will become thinner.
Brazilian Butt Lift Procedure
Your Brazilian butt lift procedure is performed under general anesthesia. Then, liposuction is applied to increase the shape of the butt and to obtain fat. The extracted fats are purified and then injected through small incisions to give the desired shape to the buttock.
Is Brazilian Butt Lift Suitable for Me?
If your efforts to increase the size of your hips through diet and exercise have not changed your “flat” hips; If you have excess fat in areas such as the abdomen, back and waist area that you cannot lose with exercise, you can have the fuller and rounder hips you desire with Brazilian Buttock Aesthetics. This procedure does not treat saggy or loose skin. For best results, you need to have tight skin in the area.
Who Is Buttock Implants Suitable For?
It is the method we prefer for our patients who have flat, flat hips and do not have enough fat tissue for butt enlargement and shaping. A fuller butt structure can be obtained by combining implant and fat filling for butt enlargement. The implant can also be applied to patients who want a butt lift.
Buttock Replacement Surgery Procedure
Buttock prostheses are similar in content to the silicone prostheses used in breast augmentation surgeries, and they are more rigid and robust in structure. It is an operation that takes about 2 hours under general anesthesia. An incision is made from the fold between the butt cheeks. The implant is placed at the appropriate submuscular, intramuscular or supramuscular levels.
What is Butt Lift?
The hip area loses its elasticity and fullness with aging. Apart from aging, a saggy butt may also occur as a result of excessive weight gain and loss. A traditional butt lift is the removal of excess skin and fat from the buttocks to create a firmer buttock. It can be used in butt enlargement and shaping by making the tissue planned to be removed suitable for butts with volume loss other than sagging. In a traditional butt lift, it can be combined with other body contouring procedures such as tummy tuck, liposuction or lower body lift for more comprehensive results.
Butt Lift Procedure
The operation will be performed under general anesthesia. Depending on your anatomy and the result you want, an incision will be made just below your waist or just below your hips. Unwanted skin and tissue will be removed through these incisions and the skin is repositioned to create smoother, firmer buttocks.
In addition to sagging, the buttocks with volume loss can be given the desired shape by making the tissue planned to be removed suitable or with a buttock implant.

Butt Aesthetics Recovery Process
You will usually be discharged the day after your surgery. Someone who will accompany you must be with you. The incision lines will be dressed and you will need to wear a special corset around the treatment area. The special treatment plan for the incisions will be explained to you when you are discharged from the hospital.
Swelling and tenderness are expected in the first two weeks after the surgery. These symptoms will subside as you heal and you will see immediate visible results. You will have some physical activity restrictions. We will monitor your recovery with checkups and remove these activity restrictions as your recovery progresses. Final results will be seen in about six months. Your scars will become obvious within a year.
